Duplex house in Zugliget

The peculiarity of this 120-square-meter flat is the “cube” in the middle of the living area, which contains a wash-house and a kitchen, opened to the lunchroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms are connected to this block.

The merged livingroom-lunchroom section is joined by an L-shaped, half topped terrace to the garden.

In the interior spaces, the storages were built-in in a hidden way. Modern style pieces of furniture were placed next to the inherited furniture of the family.
